AB  - Insurrectionary movements in Arab countries led to news constitutions. One can be delighted of a greater place to the human rights and the individual freedoms, in the wake of the writings of Voltaire. It also seems that the new constitutions are in the search of a better balance of powers, as writes Montesquieu in Esprit des lois. However this constitutional revival remains lacunar as regards to the basic rights and balance of powers.
