AB  - Driven by a desire to reconnect with primitive sources, Nerval’s poetic gesture is carried by an impulse to return. His writing sketches out originary scenarios and generates a particular “regime of historicity” that is able to redeploy “the order of times” according to modalities coming from the blurring of historical periods and the mechanisms of anachronism. The origin appears to be a critical figure destined to show the link that Nerval strives to reweave in the frayed frame of time.
