AB  - This study aims to deepen the influence of the Marian model on Beatrice's character, both in the libello and in the major work of Dante, to understand the importance and the evolution of the similarities that can be observed between the two female figures. It is based on the comparison between the main scenes of their interventions during the two narratives. Thus, we see that the connections are strengthening without questioning the centrality of the gentilissima.
