AB  - This article will consider musicality in the work of Rimbaud in relation to the musical project of the group The Doors as well as with regard to Jim Morrison’s poetry, strongly influenced by Rimbaud. This article, then, will aim to show that this musicality in Rimbaud is perhaps so far « ahead » that it might be better understood, not in terms of existing music in the XIXth century, but in relation to ulterior projects for which Rimbaud’s work was a source of inspiration.
