AB  - This article offers a first overview of the issues related to neology in Alsatian, which have never been the subject of academic research until now. The processes involved in lexical creation and innovation are studied by means of a sociolinguistic approach through the prism of regional television. The analysis grid is illustrated by extracts from the Alsatian programme Sunndi's Kàter broadcast between 2020 and 2022.
