Likewise, L’Île du Point Némo, a vibrant novel by Jean-Marie Blas de Roblès, and The Vorrh, a work of fantasy by Brian Catling, are rooted in Roussel’s life work and are extensions of the imaginary that holds sway in Impressions d’Afrique and Locus Solus. This article aims to shed light on these various forms Roussel has assumed in his afterlife.
