AB  - The narratives told by bicycle travelers of cycling exertion are characterized by several recurring tropes, which set the parameters for a shared experience. From this experience, one can outline not only an entire phenomenology, but also much more, a specific poetics of the cycling effort. This study will strive to analyze the main characteristics of this poetics.
