AB  - The study of the clandestine philosophical manuscripts is particularly flourishing in Japan, as shown in the round table organized during the fall conference of the Société japonaise de langue et littérature françaises (Nagoya, October 2017). It was the opportunity to discuss the only two clandestine manuscripts now known in Japan: the Pantheisticon and the Lettre de Thrasybule à Leucippe, of which this article proposes a detailed description.
