AB  - This article seeks to highlight an outstanding review of theatrical decentralization, as exemplary as it is forgotten: the Almanach de la Maison de la Culture de Bourges. Published from 1963 to 1973, it was directed until 1968 by Gabriel Monnet, a remarkable personality whose entire effort was to make the three entities for which he was responsible and which he articulated: the Comédie de Bourges, the Maison de la Culture and the Almanach, the tools of a true popular emancipation.
