AB  - The first performance of Le Huron in 1768 marked the beginning of more than three decades of success for André Grétry: his works were successful on stage as well as in private musical spheres thanks to numerous arrangements. The latter are here studied from two perspectives – editorial policies and musical strategies – to shed light on Grétry’s status in this repertoire and to contribute to a reflection on the techniques of arrangement at the end of the 18th century.
