AB  - The two Terminator films directed by James Cameron can be seen as standard action films: a woman must be saved from male warriors at all costs. However, these stories are also developed through a commentary on the increasing strength of the female character. Through speech and the visual representation of social and biological bodies, cliches from the era begin, at least partly, to evolve: masculine muscles and totemic firearms take second place to the revelation of the figure of the female fighter.
