AB  - Three Hindi movies, all presenting a living sculpture (Mughal-e-Azam (Kamuddin Asif, 1960) Dhoom 2 (Sanjay Gadhvi, 2006), Thugs of Hindustan (Vijay Krishna Acharya, 2018). play with the attitudes of Lady Hamilton with her veil and living sculptures. Despite the differences in narrative issues, we hypothesize that the three living sculpture have similar plastic effects and underlie emancipation and rewriting of occidental art history and colonial history.
