AB  - The author begins his article from the point of view of Colombian philosopher Liliana Herrera on the value of Cioran’s Cahiers as a source. Herrera poses certain ethical problems as some of these were published against Cioran’s wishes. From the perspective of historical heuristics about posthumous writings, Little reaffirms the value of the Cahiers as a source, as well as the ironies surrounding their publication, in relation to the ethical problems noted by Herrera.
