AB  - Between the end of the Middle Ages and the first Renaissance, Anne of France was an powerful princess at the head of the French realm. As she was ruling the kingdom, she wished to be the model of virtue she offered later to her daughter Suzanne in her Enseignements. In her political practise and in her book, there is a direct link with Christine de Pizan’s mirrors.
