AB  - In this paper, two related original issues are addressed. The first concerns semantic change in scientific domains. The second one deals with Corpus Linguistics and more particularly with the way this perspective can be implemented in specialized corpora. In this type of linguistic tool-based approach, three kinds of clues may be used: quantitative clues, clues taking the forms of terms and their variations into account and, finally, clues focusing on the contexts terms are found in. Depending on the phenomenon observed, these clues must be taken into account in different ways. The nature of the corpus (linked to the aim of the study) and the interpretation of clues both play a decisive role to identify semantic change. In this paper, two situations of change are addressed: time and interdisciplinarity. For this study, two corpora are built, corresponding to these two situations, in the field of space exploration. This paper presents how the interpretations of change are made, taking into account the different clues provided by tools and how they are set up in the two corpora, re-organized in comparable sub-corpora.
