As a translator, he was interested in a broad set of topics, including natural philosophy and natural history. This part of his work was written at the beginnings of his career and did not arouse a keen interest among scholars. Our paper will focus on the coherence of these early translations. We will examine the linguistic characteristics of these translations, for which a very precise and scientific vocabulary is needed.
