Abstract: Valère Novarina is constantly inhabited by a “logoscopic passion” which manifests itself in two ways: on the one hand, a constant, meticulous, and even amorous attention to the phenomena of language as illustrated by languages and, on the other, action on languages through the constant practice of neologisms. Before tackling some aspects of the Novarinian neologism, this article studies the theoretical sources of this attitude.
