Abstract: Anne Réach-Ngô’s study concentrates on the act of publication apprehended as a ‘“spatialisation” of the work, following typo-iconographic co-ordinates which assure the transmission of signification. It traces modes of rewriting evident in the evolution of Aesop’s model throughout the ages. The apparatus of visual semiotics is the object of this analysis.
