  • Abstract: The Witcher combines three asynchronous narratives. Viewers follow the characters’ journeys in three different eras, which are not clearly identified and pass at different speeds. While the narratives eventually join up, the story itself is rooted in a fragmented narrative that limits viewers’ ability to fully comprehend it. This is a demanding narrative, more geared toward fans of The Witcher novels or video games than a new audience.
