Abstract: Building on an article published in collaboration with Muriel Adès, this contribution aims to return to other, more implicit, perhaps unconscious and surely involuntary examples of Saint-Simon welling up in Proust–places where his writing, without losing any of its own originality, seems momentarily haunted by Saint-Simon’s work, to the point of being temporarily confused with it in a kind of fused dialogism.
