Abstract: The valuable edition in Old Occitan Rouergat of the charters of the Cartulaire de la Selve (Ourliac/Magnou, 1985), is rife, on close inspection, with minor imperfections. This contribution aims to identify and solve a dozen or so of these problems linked to the establishment of the text of these documents. The proposed solutions include some slight additions and modifications to the description of the phonology, syntactic phonetics, lexicon, and onomastics of medieval Occitan.
