Abstract: While the fight against climate change testifies to a broad governmental and societal mobilization, it is coupled with a controversy which has given rise since the beginning of the 2000s to more than 300 neologisms to name the two opposing camps. This article paints a portrait of this set of neologisms and describes the general context in which they appeared.
