  • Abstract: This contribution focuses on neologisms, whose study in a short diachronic perspective sheds light on specialized domains that are characterised by a rapid evolution of knowledge and concepts, such as the English-speaking marketing domain. Basing our study on a corpus of articles published in the American professional press, we demonstrate that the terms that we identified all point towards a greater technization and professionalization of field experts
