Abstract: Randa El Asmar, Lebanese actress and comedian, director of the “Beirut Spring Festival” organized by the Samir Kassir Foundation’s SKeyes Center, pleads for the revival of theater, launching an impassioned appeal for financial support and the creation of a national theater. Considering herself vested with a “mission de vie,” she shares her thoughts with an open heart on the state of and the prospects for Lebanese theater.
