  • Abstract: Nearly ten years before the “Arab Spring” phenomenon, faced with territorial constraints that shaped a fragmented territory, Palestinian theater sought to overcome the borders imposed on it. These conditions of representation shaped its playwrights’ output in their own way. This article examines the particular processes used in Palestinian dramaturgy in the last decade to give an original voice a platform and to challenge the Occupation.
