Abstract: After rediscovering the troubadour lyric and the Albigensian Crusade, and remodeling the Mont-Segur review (1901) through the spelling reform of occitan, P. Estieu put forward the sirventes form to denounce oblivion. Like Perbosc’s “Remembransa”, the poems of La Canson Occitana raise the question of the future of creative writing in occitan.
