Abstract: A dictionary is the practical accomplishment of language as a general method into a discourse, in order to show it to the world. Words are never isolated, since they live into the discourse. A definition is a system in context. The discourse is necessary to describe a language, even in a dictionary which is the major descriptive place of words. Hence, a dictionary is a discourse and it is the very heart of a language.
