Abstract: This article deals with the genre of duςa:ʔ (invocation). Based on several recordings made in certain regions of Tunisia, it describes the rather rich regional diversity found in this genre (involving entire utterances, syntagms, lexical units, etc.). The objective is to create a typology of this variation and discuss its impact on the conception of the database—as well as on the linguistic description of which it will be the subject.
