Abstract: This contribution focuses on the status of the light verbs in the Arab online dictionaries. This kind of verbs is a particular use of the verbal Lexicon units. However, this analysis is still new in Arabic language and its impact on the lexicographical practice is not yet observable. This paper analyses the status of light verbs in the Arab online dictionaries from a sample.
