Abstract: Taking as point of departure a “quarrel” evident in the distribution lists of Euralex, which forces specialists of different scientific communities to debate over the choice of a parallel paper/ digital lexicographic production and the uniquely digital alternative, the author reflects on what form a learner dictionary, or more precisely, a dictionary with a primarily didactic function, should take in the future.
