Abstract: The prose version of the Roman de Guy de Warwick is kept in two manuscripts dating from the 15th century and in two prints from the 16th (F. Regnault, 1525, and J. Bonfons, ca 1550). What is the place of the latests in the tradition of the text? How can they be useful to make a critical text? These are the questions this study tries to adress.
