. Les « nouveaux » villains. Figures du mal dans la fiction de jeunesse
  • Author: Carrée (Roland)
  • Abstract: Monstropolis is powered by energy derived from the cries of frightened children. In the eyes of these children, the monsters fully deserve their status as villains. But it turns out that children are also dangerous creatures who, in the monsters’ eyes, carry contagious diseases. The villains in Monsters, Inc. and Monsters University are thus everyone and no one at the same time, each character convinced that the enemy is on the other side of the door.
