Abstract: In En songeant à un art poétique, Jules Supervielle defines his poetry as a quest for humanization. This work aims to contextualize this idea, drawing on largely unseen documents, in order to shed light on the literary landscape and the interpenetration of ideas in literature on the fringes of surrealism.
