Abstract: This article compares the discourse of artists and geneticists on the blind point of the show that is the moment of its origin. How does the artist tell the story of the early days of a show? How can the researcher access this essential time, which is not always sufficiently documented? It questions the origin of a creation and the artist’s approach, and even the very essence of the creative gesture.
