Abstract: This interview with Latifa Laâbissi, the choreographer and performer, revisits Adieu et merci (2013), a show that takes as its central motif the bow and the end of the performance. Poetically exploiting all the markers of this pivotal moment (the actor’s bow, lighting changes, the curtain, the applause), Adieu et merci explores the cross-contamination between reality and fiction that unfolds.
