Abstract: In the design of digital libraries, the rhetoric of technical inspiration continues to impose itself despite the evolutions centered on users and uses. It maintains its omnipresence on issues of Open Data and Linked Open Data. However, an historic background in terms of anthropocentered tracks based on the uses of KOS for designing digital libraries of all kinds exists, consistent with the citizen issues of the Information Society.
