  • Abstract: We hypothesize here that hypercapitalism is the regime of accumulation and capitalocene its negative externality. We understand by informational power what covers the information economy, but also the knowledge economy. Thus, hypercapitalism is not a simple variant of cognitive capitalism but its culmination in a renewed form of governmentality, where a new regime of money and financialisation tends to be imposed.
