Abstract: This article takes a look back at the creation and development of the YouTube channel Des médias presque parfaits. Analyzing the specific characteristics of the videos on this channel leads us to consider them as a unique mode of expression and as unprecedented enunciative forms. We also examine the web video festival Frames Festival, an event where videomakers and their audience can meet in person.
