Abstract: The issue of digital and personal data in particular is at the heart of revamped power relations between employer and worker. This article highlights the difficulty of reconciling the employer’s security obligation and the worker’s freedom. In addition to highlighting the influence of labor law on the human body, this article also raises the question of the worker’s status, in turn both a patient and controller when it comes to the uses of the quantified self.
