Abstract: This article aims to describe the evolutions observed in the practices of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of a large company. Based on a lexicometric analysis over the period 2007 to 2016, our main results show that the content of CSR behavior changes over time. It seems to us in agreement with the typology of Zadek (2004) that the CSR of this company moves from a compliance approach to a more managerial model
