Abstract: Examining how constitutional law is depicted on screen involves analyzing a particular form of its representation. This approach, linking law and fiction, constitutes a growing field of analysis. The ways in which themes of constitutional law are portrayed in fiction have prompted a number of observations, which are the object of the contributions presented here.
