Abstract: Studies looking into how constitutional law is depicted on screen perfectly illustrate the value of exploring imagined law. Films and television series show, accurately or not, political institutions in action, incarnations of executive and legislative power, and very different constitutions. Furthermore, these studies encourage us to reflect on what it means to explore imagined law, on the ways in which to do it, and on the objectives to pursue.
