  • Abstract: In fairy tales, the imaginary and law have a fundamental relationship to our social equilibrium. Indeed, not only does the imaginary dimension of tales prepare individuals for the law, structuring the subject vis-à-vis prohibitions, but it also contributes to the proper application of the law in the framework of criminal justice, by facilitating the processes of investigation and reparation. It is thus necessary to analyze the subtle link that unites law and the imaginary in tales.
