Abstract: Comics frequently address representations of the law. The multitude of genres, approaches, and illustrators offers a rich vision of legal mechanisms. The authors of comics often use legal concepts to illustrate or reinforce a non-legal story, while also seeking to reproduce the complexity of the law or its actors in fictional or documentary narratives.
