Abstract: In order to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic, governments had to turn public policy on its head. How did citizens react and adapt to these changes? This book focuses primarily on the political level, which was marked by democratic regression and the emergence of new protest movements, but also on the repercussions in the spheres of work, hospitals, and everyday life.
