• Abstract: An anticurial prosimeter, l’Abuzé en court enjoyed some success between ca 1450 ca 1530 (nine manuscripts, five incunabula and three early editions). After a census of printed editions, which makes it possible to identify two éditions fantômes, the collation establishes relationships between manuscripts and printed editions, and across the editions themselves. Despite gaps in the textual tradition, a new mode of reception is visible, from a “theatrical” Abuzé into a “narrativized” Abuzé.
