Abstract: Bringing together the contributions from the colloquium held at the Université Littoral Côte d'Opale (Boulogne-sur-Mer) on December 13 and 14, 2018, this thematic collection aims to analyze the essentially didactic texts gathered under the the term “ladies’ mirrors”, usually used to designate literary works intended for a female audience and centered on the good “government” of women.
