  • Abstract: Today, Japan is resolutely committed to globalization and international relations. In what ways, what particularities, do the Japanese welcome and interact with people and cultures from other countries? To answer this question, we read some founding myths of this country, which are supposed to be an archetype of Japanese civilization. In this way, let us try to know if it is possible to find the same elements there as in Montaigne's Essays.
