Abstract: Karin Boye’s poetic work has both a passionate and self-destructive dimension, particularly through her love poems. The aim of this study is to question the mechanisms that express chaos and unconscious psychic conflicts in poems and show the cathartic impact of writing, as a symbolic reconstruction.
