Abstract: During 1944-1946, in Combat and in a number of talks, Camus tightens his political and moral position. Inspired by the struggle against the German occupation, he continues his resistance in a different context, this time promoting the idea of a revolution to end human and social injustice. His position turns into resistance to history as such, together with André Malraux and Georges Bernanos, and in contrast to Merleau-Ponty.
